HONG KONG: New policy with crew changes in HKG will come into effect from 12 Oct 2022

Re-open crew change for vessel any port of call purpose 1.Crew exchange details must be submitted to Marine Department 72 hours prior vessels arrival in HKG 2.On-signers must have ‘completed a COVID-19 vaccination over 14 days as per attached list of recognised 3. On-signers Before departing to Hong Kong, please pay attention to the relevant boarding, testing arrangements. Health Declaration System • All inbound persons are required to complete the online Health Declaration Form of the Department of Health (www.chp.gov.hk/hdf/) prior to their arrival at Hong Kong. • Inbound persons arriving from overseas places or Taiwan are required to conduct a Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) with a negative result within 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of departure of the flight to Hong Kong. These persons are advised to complete the online Health Declaration Form after they have obtained the negative RAT result. After submitting the declaration and upon confirmation of boarding requirements being met, the system will generate a green Health Declaration QR code. Please save the QR code (which can be a downloadable version of the QR code, a screen shot or a printout). Sample of a green Health Declaration QR code as per attached --- 4.On-signers arrival HKG airport have the COVID-19 PCR test in the HKG airport, But no need to wait for result. can to stay hotel to waiting result till negative undergo medical surveillance ( If On-signer got positive result, he will be compulsory 7 days quarantine in hotel, positive crew joinship need to be cancelled) If on-signers stay over 2 days, On Day 2, undergo PCR-based nucleic acid test^ after obtaining negative result of RAT on the day -- 5 Off-signers arriving by vessels places outside China are required to fill in the Department of Health’s online Health & Quarantine Information Declaration (https://www.chp.gov.hk/hdf/) before arriving Hong Kong. Meanwhile, an electronic platform is being developed for shipping companies / agents to submit the relevant health declaration information of sea crew to the Department of Health via the Marine Department's Electronic Business System. Details will be announced in due course --- 6. Off-signers : If vessel called any places outside China in the past 7 day, local agent needs to arrange offsigners PCR test in Hong Kong. offsigners must be stay onboard till test result is negative 7.Offsigners must have ‘completed a COVID-19 vaccination over 14 days as per attached list of recognised Otherwise, Not allowed to stay any hotel in HKG, must be direct to airport
