We understand that the need to perform crew changes in these difficult times are of paramount importance not only for seamen themselves but for ship Owners too.
Regretfully, Chinese ports and Hong Kong are still closed to crew changes. Moreover, local authorities in various Chinese ports have implemented additional measures in an effort to constraint the spread of the virus. These measures are affecting only those vessels having performed crew changes within a period of 14 days prior arrival at China.
