The above interval days in the conditions 1, 2 and 4 can be reduced to half respectively if shipowner and all ship's crew can commit to the shipyard that vessel will agree to sail directly from the shipyard (immediately without repairs) in case the PCR tests show abnormal (positive) upon berthing at the shipyard (please note that the PCR tests will anyway take place on berthing at the shipyard or on arrival at the shipyard anchorage). II. Please note that if the applied quarantine period based on above is 14 days, it cannot be further reduced as the 14 days is the minimum quarantine period at this time. ATTENTION ------The PCR tests have to meet the below requirements: aaa. If vessel's last port if foreign, it is not mandatory to do PCR test in the last port. bbb. If vessel has called other Chinese port/s before Zhoushan, it is mandatory to provide crew sampling PCR test record or report issued by the local Customs at the first domestic port of call in China prior calling at shipyard. If not available in the first Chinese port, then the mentioned sampling can be arranged in any other Chinese port in which vessel will call in order to discharge prior entering Zhoushan shipyard. If vessel will call only one Chinese port before Zhoushan for cargo operation and in this port Customs do not arrange PCR test, then Owner can check with the shipyard if they can further assist to get approval from Government without PCR report from vsl's first/1st Chinese port of call. ccc. The PCR test for crew & environmental will be arranged after vessel reaches shipyard anchorage and the vessel will be arranged alongside after get negative report. ddd. For vessels with cranes onboard, besides above requirement, an additional PCR report/test for crew at last foreign port is needed, but still suggest Owner side to double check with the shipyard when shipyard is fixed, to ensure that this particular regulation is observed by them or not.
